Horrible I got an email it was in the hands on the 4th of May and no email or refund since now the 30 th of June emailed several times and did a customer service form and no reply absolutely disgusted
And quality was shocking considering it's from people others look up to everything thing was see through and nothing like the picture wouldn't go there again

With so many followers, I thought it was a great place to order from. I was wrong. The products are awful and there is zero customer service. I attempted contacting them about a return through their site and through Instagram. All they do is send a canned response asking for your order number and address... and never respond again.

Ordered leggings and a top got 2 pairs of leggings instead wring size! Been emailing for a week to try sort had to send photos and emailed about 10 times to be tike I have to send wrong order back then proof of order and if they still have what I wanted in stock I might get it! So rude so nasty DO NOT BUY FROM IN TNE STYLE will be asking yes Stacy as she is promoting this scam company how embarrassing fir there celeb collaborations

Received an item that was broken, spoke to Genet via chat who quickly resolved the problem & processed a replacement to arrive next day. Great service.

First ever order with In The Style and very happy so far - received an email but wasn't sure if my order was on the way, so I used their chat facility and spoke with Genet who quickly and efficiently answered my query.

I had to contact customer service as I had not received confirmation of my order but payment had been taken. Noleen from the team emailed me back very quickly and sorted the situation and issued the confirmation. She was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly.

Take way to long for you to get your order every time I check the tracking it goes from 14 days in transit to 21 days in transit will not order from this company again if I ever receive my first order! If I could give 0 stars I could.

I had to get in touch as I had one item missing from my refund. It was very quick and easy to use the web chat service and I spoke with Corinne who couldn’t be more helpful! She resolved my problem very quickly and arranged for the item to be refunded. She was also very warm and friendly providing great customer service! Thank you so much Corinne, I really appreciate all of your help today!

Had a couple of problems with my recent order but was very quickly and easily sorted by star! Service has been superb.

This is a hit or miss . Some items fit great but then others either come up to small or way to big. Fast delivery though and never had missing items or anything. Some bits I would say could be priced lower

Really not great. Poor quality clothing and for an online company not only do you have to pay for delivery, they then change you a handling fee if you need to return! So I've lost £7 of my £39 order. Would not recommend.

Great customer service sorted my refund quickly

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them for 3 items. Received 2 which were completely different to what I ordered. Also were really poor quality. Returned within a few days. Received a partial refund weeks later even though I sent back everything I returned. Arguments are still going on 3-4 weeks later trying to get the rest of my money back. They also take a long time to get back to messages. Sure website says 48hr reply time. Maybe there busy coming up with more ways to rob people? I have had money taken from me for goods which were never received and had a load of hassle. 100% do not recommend and will never use again.

Purchased 2 items on Black Friday sale. Was not notified until AFTER dispatch of 1 item that allegedly the other item is out of stock. I checked from the time of order periodically until now and item and size IS in stock. Now sale is over I'm told that I must purchase it at double the price. Attitude of customer services is "too bad, it's in our t&cs". Will not purchase from ITS again. Adviser on chat smugly said "Should you have experience... you will know where to find this information" upon asking for the registered address to write my complaint to (referring to my understanding and experience of consumer law). Terrible customer service.
